Developmental Coaching
Developmental Coaching is grounded in adult development theories and focuses on working with client needs at different stages of development. The purpose of this approach is to increase the individual’s ability to deal with their environment whilst responding to internal needs and ambitions.

Positive Psychology
Positive Psychology is a recent branch of psychology that focuses on what makes people happy. One main area of scientific study is on character strengths and behaviours that will help individuals experience more fulfilment in their lives and increase wellbeing.

Transactional Analysis (TA)
TA is mainly a theory of personality, but also offers a theory of communication. The TA method can assist with analysing systems and relationships that occur at home and/or at work. The TA approach can help when reflecting on our own behaviour and analysing situations of conflict.
